I really like these pans. I don't know about others. Tape the baking sheets but every time I use them they seem to stay burnt and gross after the first few uses. I've used it as a drip trap when cooking steaks and burnt juice stains, and if it's exposed too many times without washing it stays there forever. I would just say wash it really well between each use to keep it going. When I use it in the oven it always flexes as it heats up, like you hear popping sounds from the uneven rotation of the pan. I don't know how to describe it, but otherwise I'm very satisfied so far.
