Review on BRISHINE LED Flashing Strobe Brake Light Bulbs: Super Bright 52-SMD Chipsets, Brilliant Pure Red (Pack of 2) by Ruben Jamrock

Installed one of these on my KLR650. At first it worked perfectly and seemed brighter than the standard incandescent bulb. I was very pleased. But on my first ride after installing one of my buddies said my brake light wasn't working. When you apply the brake it flashes and then becomes bright, but after you release the brake it stays bright. When you knocked or had a strong vibration, it would sometimes dim again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if it didn't insert properly, but that didn't help. Basically it was "stuck" in light mode. I put the original bulb back in and everything was fine. I took the bulb to my desktop power supply to test and had similar results. I didn't see any difference between running light mode and brake mode, except that it flashed for a second when the brake side was pressed. I tried a second lightbulb with a desktop power supply to see if it worked properly and got the same result. So one of them lasted a few hours, the other was bad out of the box. Revane is back, here we are.
