My cats don't like it - actually hate it and refuse to walk on/in it and instead the pots in front of the tray. We've been using silica filler for a while, in fact we usually use the one of this brand that has larger granules and doesn't clump. However, we've used microbeads before, and they didn't mind - they just cruised around the house. I bought this because I have an automatic little box that works with clumpy clay litter. Well, that's no good for a garbage robot. It stays with the real car. Making complex cement-like balls hidden under litter for cats to dig in, which they don't like either.
