I bought a Belkin surge protector because it came with a $50,000 Product Protection Guarantee. A few weeks later, my home experienced a power surge after a hurricane that destroyed my new flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, and cable box. As requested, I sent the protector to the company at my own expense and was told that they could not prove the protector was defective. These elements were connected directly to the protector, and other devices on other surge protectors were unaffected. I was told that my application would not be granted. I would say a BAD PRODUCT and a COMPANY that DOESN'T MEET ITS WARRANTY. Stay away from them.
