for a number of years Instructions were vague and incomplete. Installation required removing virtually all of the panels in the storage area, which was easy. Installation was easy until I almost got to the last step. Under my 2019 Kona, the taillight wiring was very difficult to access and the connectors are difficult to open. When I opened them the blue picture is Kurt's wiring harness, the orange picture is the Kona connector, they don't even remotely match. This portion of the wiring harness has male and female connectors that I plugged into the tail light wiring. I contacted CURT twice to look for an adapter but got no reply. Until a solution is found, "custom" binding is useless.
