I've had 3-4 Otterbox cases for my devices over the years. This is a very good case: strong and durable; I like lime green and navy way more than I expected. I have a 7th generation iPod touch and this case fits perfectly. I have no problem with my Bose headphones (which have a 90 degree plug). But disassembling the case was very difficult (ladies: find a tool for this or you'll break your nails!). I also like port covers to keep dust out. I have no problem with Revain Lightning cables. There are a couple of annoying issues that made me return this item: (1) The built-in screen protector is HORRIBLE. I removed the protective film, which I liked because of the built-in one, and immediately regretted it. It was a shame to press the screen multiple times. The next morning I just pulled out the Otterbox screen protector (it's just held on with glue) and put my own back on which I really like (OMOTON tempered glass screen protector). Luckily there were 2 packs so I had one left. TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (2) key covers are very hard to press (top power button, side volume buttons, home button). I really hope that over time they will become softer and easier to press. As long as I'm willing to live with it. But I think someone with arthritis would NOT want to use this case. But for the price I'm really satisfied. I have more accidents than I care to admit when I drop my device. My previous case wasn't very shock absorbing and I had a lot of blue screens with fatalities from falls. Luckily the device kept turning on and I opted for an Otterbox for more protection and am already feeling a lot better. Despite the issues, I'm happy with the price and the protection it offers.
