Wet it to make it easier to put on
I struggled to get it wet in my tank at first so I decided to try some water. I flipped it over and stuck it under the sink to moisten it a bit and that made the process a lot easier. I was able to move it around the tank to get it in place and then when the water dries up it sticks to the tank and doesn't move at all.
