Started getting annoying right away after 5 minutes of hiking. Made my first fast ride absolutely miserable. Even in the lowest position, the lap belt was uncomfortable against my belly button, so I could only tighten it enough that it didn't help relieve the pressure and pain in my shoulders. I don't know what kind of women it's made for. I still have bruises from this package almost 3 weeks after my trip. I have other UD items and loved them, just don't buy this pack for serious quick packing.
