ideal for ultralight adventures or use with >5kg

I love a backpack as long as it's no more than 5kg. The waist belt is very uncomfortable, more padding could have been used (I understand = more weight).

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Many things

Great backpack for day hikes, jogs to work and trail running

I'm 1.60m tall and this backpack is perfect for me. I've used it as a daypack for jogging to work, trail running etc and am very happy for all of those uses. The only potential downside is that it's not easy to get hold of water bottles - it's better to use a hydration bladder . Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Little things

This works fine for me!

I like this package. I'm 5ft 2 in 115 and I wear small shirts. I use it for mountain hiking and mountain running. It was difficult to adjust the various straps, but once I removed the foam frame everything became much more comfortable. I love the rolled up top with the side zip. The best part is that I can put my bear spray in the water bottle pocket on the front of the vest so it's ready and out of the way at the same time!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Modern

Shop other Hydration Packs

Started chafing immediately after 5 minutes of hiking. Made my first fast ride absolutely miserable. Even in the lowest position, the lap belt was uncomfortable against my belly button, so I could only tighten it enough that it didn't help relieve the pressure and pain in my shoulders. I don't know what kind of women it's made for. I still have bruises from this package almost 3 weeks after my trip. I have other UD items and loved them, just don't buy this pack for serious quick packing.

Disappointed with the fit

I have a UD Adventure Vesta which I love but doesn't really look like it was made for a woman. My back is too long (I'm 5'2, size 2 and have x/s) so all the weight is concentrated on my lower back no matter how I adjust the straps or the backrest on or off. It doesn't stay up - the front bottom strap goes right under my chest (puts pressure on my ribs and makes it difficult to breathe), which is also incredibly uncomfortable. Basically everyone here is disappointed with the fit and UD, but…

  • Stylish and modern design

  • Not bad

Perfect size for a petite woman

As a petite woman, I often find it difficult to find a comfortable backpack (5ft 2in, 112in). The Xs/s fit perfectly, no shoulder or back pain after two days of hiking with a fairly full pack. I liked the pockets on the vest in the front - very convenient access to the phone. I liked the side zip for easy access to gear hidden underneath without having to take everything out. Spacious and very bright. The only problem (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) is that the pack doesn't have an opening…
