I needed to replace the passenger door actuator on my 2014 Scion TC and didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars to buy this part from the dealer. I took a chance just to see if it would work. I'm glad I did, it's been installed for about a week now and works great. It took about an hour to install and the only negative thing I can say is that the plastic piece on the bottom ripped when I opened it up to put the wire in, but it didn't make much of a difference. I just sealed it with tape and since the part is hidden in the door there will be no damage. I was also concerned that it would not fit properly on the door hook like others who have purchased similar parts. I can say that for my 2014 Scion TC everything is the same as the old original OEM part. I had no problems opening or closing the passenger door and am 100% happy with this purchase!
