Works great when batteries are installed correctly
Remote works great when batteries are installed correctly. I actually returned my first remote because I couldn't see the battery picture on the remote and the batteries weren't installed correctly. I almost returned the second remote but I read the review which showed a picture of the batteries installed. That's when I realized my mistake. The remote worked right out of the box for my Vizio 370M. Once I installed the batteries properly. Definitely recommended as a replacement/additional remote control.
