The headset was plugged in and recognized by the system as "Gaming Headset G433" (analogue converter) it's actually called G433 and doesn't look like the adapter that's on the Logitech site for the G Pro X headset (which says "PRO"). Someone changed the USB adapters. I couldn't access the Blue Voice features without the right DAC. (I was also missing the cloth ear pads and carrying case.) The item was replaced by Revain and shipped as soon as I filled out my return ticket. Thanks again Revin! (Yes, I copied one of the previous reviews to save time and had the same problem as me. Thanks Andrew for the text.)
