2013 VW 2.0 Beetle Turbo. So OEM plastic decided to try this one. The OEM has a strap that secures the temp sensor with a screw. This new one uses a regular VW style plastic clip. The clip didn't hold up under load. I removed the water pump and tried a different temp sensor. He popped out with the touch of a finger. So we bit the bullet and bought an OEM VW water pump, this is UPDATED with a clip that holds the temp sensor. Pooh. The clip is stronger, slightly different design, but so far so good. The aluminum pump was a good idea, but I would go back to the drawing board to attach the temp sensor.
