I don't want to give myself away Karen, but it was a birthday present for my son. He has special needs and LOVES bubbles - it's one of the few toys he keeps buying. It was of course the first gift we opened and there were no blisters. The look on his face still makes me cry. :( Things happen, I understand, but this clearly wasn't quality control as half of what was supposed to come just didn't come. It was all in a sealed box, so I didn't open it until his birthday. He wanted to trying my best and trying to put the tubes in my foam glass (which we had at home) And it didn't even work with the bubbles in it It would have been a broken toy So sad I won't lie m without being mad about it (if you couldn't tell).Adults can handle broken stuff and returns.If you spend a year waiting for your birthday, getting excited and then getting frustrated,that's not cool.Children's toys should definitely be QC 'd. it wasn't a minor mistake, the box was literally half empty.
