I installed this and took all precautions. I chose a flat surface, wiped it down with alcohol, held it for about a minute and didn't put anything on until morning. After 3 days my husband noticed he was dangling so we pushed him against the wall and everything was fine. A month later I went to the RV to get something and it was on the ground. Some of the white tape was on the wall and some was on the floor. Because I bought it and waited before hanging up I lost the return window. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
