Review on GrapeManager by Alex Mitra

The customer service from grapeAlliance is outstanding. I have contacted them over email and through their website messaging system several times and never had any problems. I can't believe how easy it is to use GrapeAlliance. One of the best things I love about GrapeAlliance is how quickly and easily it connects with my vineyards. They give updates on everything in my vineyard at the drop of a hat. I wish that it had a more robust accounting service. It is a simple program. But it works. The software is intuitive. I've had no problems. The simplicity of using this software, it's easy to use but also very effective in managing all your wines from vineyard to bottle. I really like that you can filter by varietal or producer with ease! It would be nice if we could have an option to see more detailed info about each product (like alcohol %). Also being able to manage multiple locations at once has been great so far as well; especially when trying to keep track of inventory levels across several facilities/locations.
