Review on SCERRING Stainless Externally Industrial Cartilage Women's Jewelry by Yousef Dudley

Few unscrewed after soaking in alcohol to clean. I've been using one for a few days and my tongue just felt it. I've had this piercing since I was 16, I'm 34 so it's not because it's a new piercing or anything. My tongue is swollen on the right side of the piercing. Thought maybe because I hadn't worn it in a while, but he never did. I rummaged through my old wallets and found one of my 14Gs, cleaned it and put it away. I immediately felt relieved. So I'm guessing it's not as hypoallergenic as they claim. I also had a metallic taste in my mouth, so my other guess is nickel rather than stainless steel or surgical steel. I bought flexible acrylic rods here so that doesn't happen again. Apparently nothing is to be trusted. I just hope the swelling on my tongue goes down now and doesn't cause any lasting problems. I've never had that before, so who knows. Hopefully it was just an allergic reaction. **Edit** The swelling on my tongue went down a few hours after I removed those rods and put in my old surgical steel rod. So I know for sure that this is not surgical steel as the description claims.
