I installed it following the instructions provided. There were so many problems. The pressure was so light. They have a pressure regulator and it tells you to put it in the part that goes into your pipe that goes into the wall. This regulator is essentially a rubber disk with a mesh inside. Also, the colors didn't match. Depending on the water temperature, it should have a specific color. Actually it was crazy. Each shower head was a different color and sometimes one of them would just turn off completely or flash green or blue and it shouldn't be doing that. Sounds like a terrible review, right? Well, here's the kicker. I was dying to pull the regulator out and try again. Turns out there were actually 2. Took them out and threw them away and boom, it works amazing! The colors also change as expected. The pressure was great with both shower heads. Really feels like a spa experience, especially the relaxing shower with the lights off. I hope this saves someone a headache. This is a great shower head in my opinion. How long this will last remains to be seen, but both I and the Misses are very happy with it. I also called customer service when I had a problem. I left voicemail for the first time and after that tried calling at least a dozen times. No luck at all. That was 2 weeks ago. So if you run into problems, you'll have to take care of them with Revain or fix them yourself. However, I am giving 5 stars because I am reviewing the product and not the company that makes it. Just remember to eliminate all sliders and you'll be fine. If I happen to come across this showerhead in the near future, I'll edit my review.
