Served its purpose but was poorly packaged

I didn't like that it didn't come in pink to begin with as it's quite pink in the picture. To me it looks a dirty pink like it's been dyed. And then came the shriveled one. Although I wouldn't mind, the crease marks seem to have been smoothed out. So the case itself doesn't look sleek or smooth, it looked like it had been crumpled into a ball.
