Works with little effort.

I installed this carb on a 2000 Kawasaki Bayou KLF220 and after a little tweaking it works great but out of the box it does nothing. I set the idle mixture at 2 rpm and about 4 rpm, but I couldn't give it more than 1/4 throttle or it would choke. I found that the main jet on mine was noticeably smaller than on my original carburetor. I was able to change the jet and needle and adjust the float a bit while I was there because it was a bit low. After these adjustments it works perfectly, since then there have been no more problems.
