The factory fitted LED light above our bed as a night light was achingly bright. The Marvix RV LED was a great replacement. Installation was relatively easy; two wires and two screws. There were no installation and usage instructions, but both were pretty basic. Removing the old bulb was more difficult than installing a new one. A push on the central "button" and the light turns blue. Another touch turns on the white light, and holding the "button" dims (or brightens) the white LEDs. The light remembers the last white light setting, which is good as I prefer the darkest setting for my application. I would definitely recommend it as a backup if your light is too bright like mine.
