I wanted to love this blender. I've used this blender 10 times since I got it and I loved it the first 8 times I used it. On the 9th time it started smelling like burnt rubber and got a little louder and on the 10th time it happened again. I really liked this blender before. Now I'm just disappointed that it was too good to be true at this price point. It still works. But now it stinks. I haven't abused it, left it running too long, or added anything weird, so I don't understand why this suddenly happened. Before that there was a good mixer, pretty quiet. I was so happy with it the first few times I used it. I'm disappointed. I'm glad it still works but I'm not sure about the durability of this product.
