Good Kettlebells for the Price

I have had these kettlebells for a while now, and overall, I really like them and haven't had any problems. I like that the handle is wide, and there weren't any ridges, etc. on it that would cause abrasions, etc. on my hands. My only reason for not giving these 5 stars is that there is a little vinyl bump on the bottoms, which makes them unstable for use with moves like the renegade row, which you do see in some kettlebell routines. The instability is of such a nature I think it would increase the risk of injury with this move. For me personally, I prefer hex dumbbells if I'm in the mood to do that move. One day perhaps I will spring for something really cool like RKC ones, but honestly, those cost way more just for the benefit of that flat surface for this particular move. Otherwise, these work totally fine for every other kettlebell move I've personally seen or used, and I have no problems recommending them.

Pros
  • Convenient
Cons
  • The set may not be as effective as other types of weights for rehabilitating injuries or recovering from surgery
