Wrong product received. The product description states that these are "ball valve” type heat traps. Wrong - what I got was flapper style. This product costs more than the flap style so I was disappointed that I paid extra and didn't get what I wanted. To return. Installation instructions are vague. The instructions say "red for hot, blue for cold" but nothing about orientation. There are arrows on each dielectric, but what do the arrows mean? "up" or "flow direction"? Maybe I should have known this, but would the manufacturer kill one more sentence in the install guide?
