Review on MICROTELLA by Troy Kocur

As someone who uses technology extensively for both professional and personal pursuits, I am always on the watch for websites selling reasonably priced but reliable electronic goods. So when I heard about MICROTELLA, an internet shop that carries only electronics, computers, and accessories, I was thrilled. But MICROTELLA has been nothing but a disappointment for me. Although they offer a wide variety of goods on their website, the quality of the items I ordered was significantly lower than I had anticipated. I recently made two major technology purchases: a new notebook and a set of headphones. However, I observed that both of them were broken after only a few days of use. Because of the laptop's slowness and frequent crashes, I was unable to get much done. The headphones' sound quality was terrible, and they frequently severed their connection to my devices without notice. Customer service at MICROTELLA was unhelpful and condescending when I attempted to get my money back or exchange a product. Unfortunately, not only did I have to wait for my products to be shipped to me, but when they eventually arrived, they arrived scratched and otherwise imperfect. Overall, dealing with MICROTELLA has been a huge pain, and I would never suggest their goods to anyone who needs dependable technology. In summation, MICROTELLA's website features a wide variety of items, but the quality of those items and the assistance customers receive leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, as someone who depends heavily on technology, MICROTELLA has not provided me with products I can trust.
