Great tool if only provided template

I love how easy it was for me as my team member to navigate through this platform and start building our custom automations. It's not all that pretty but when you get used with its tools, it becomes easier to use than other platforms like Marketo or Pardot. If they had some templates to make things more convenient while making integrations between Salesforce & Marketing Automation. Then everything will be great!! Not much actually! We have been using it for almost 3 years now without any major complaints. This helped us improve our customer engagement from different touch points via emails, texts and social media posts among others. The benefits we realized were mostly in terms of better lead generation by providing an improved experience and greater reach. Also, being able to track leads has also increased since then so you know where your prospects are at any point in time and what their actions/behaviors might.

Pros
  • Easy integration
  • Better data retrieval
  • SFDC connection is good.
  • Email Tracking feature can help increase email sales revenue if properly implemented into mail merge processes
  • Sending newsletters which include customized links such Facebook ads etc would really add up value too.
  • Reporting features available.
  • Data extraction capability helps bring out useful info about contacts who opted against receiving future communication sent directly thru marketing automation tool (unsubscribes)
