I've tried MANY sheets and can honestly say this is the best. I've tried everything from different $1,000 sheets to simpler ones and these are the best sheets ever. The sheets are incredibly soft and feel very smooth. I compare the feeling to talcum powder on my fingertips - a feeling of lightness, airiness and silky coolness. Almost like a matte texture. I washed them once and they stayed the same consistency. I hope they keep their texture after washing. Please note that these sheets are satin which means they are very silky and almost shimmery. If you are looking for more starchy crispy sheets, consider buying percale sheets. I don't think this company advertises enough - I found them by accident and have never heard of them. Totally underrated and way better than the more established brands you often see in ads. I will buy a second set!
