I like that they are always working to improve their services, even if it is just by adding more servers or improving software for one thing! Their customer service has been great as well so far during my time with them (about 3 years).

We only have had issues regarding our server being down once in over three year's worth before this point which was not terrible but still disappointing since we use wicnet all day every single week at work without fail - sometimes twice per shift depending how busy things get- however when there isn't an issue then you know nothing can go wrong because everything goes perfectly smooth sailing from start till finish each month/day etc.. The cost factor should be addressed though; especially considering some other providers charge less than half what these guys do while providing much worse results overall compared too theirs!! If your looking into VPNs look no further. This product will meet almost any need including those who don’t want.
