I like that they are always working to improve their services, even if it is just by adding more servers or improving software for one thing! Their customer service has been great as well so far during my time with them (about 3 years). We only have had issues regarding our server being down once in over three year's worth before this point which was not terrible but still disappointing since we use wicnet all day every single week at work without fail - sometimes twice per shift depending how
