Review on SmartDocs by Gerald Reeves

I like that you can create professional looking documents with very little effort! It is such an efficient way of creating different types of letters for clients/customers etc. The only things i dislike are when there isn't enough space or if something goes wrong (i don't know how much time has passed since last update) but this doesn't happen often. If your client needs any type of letter then make sure they get one from smartdocs asap because its amazing what these guys do!! You wont be disappointed once you try them out :) They have created some really good templates which makes my job easier especially during busy times. The best part is that the word templates are well organized and easy to edit. The UI is not very user friendly and I find it difficult to use. I also feel that the price is a bit high for what you get. I would recommend SmartDocs to people who have a lot of templates to create and do not have much time to spend on this. I am using SmartDocs to create proposals for my company. It has helped me a lot and I have been able to complete my proposals quickly.
