These shorts do it. They are made of a pleasantly slippery material that does not stick to the saddle. They are also long and come down to my knees when standing. He has survived 1 hard ride so far with flying colours, let's see how long he lasts. Velcro to adjust the fit could be better, I expect it won't last as long.
