tl;dr Two broken backpacks in a row. The second almost hurt our cat! Our first Fat Cat backpack was damaged so we sent it back. Since we bought it through Revain, there were no issues with returns. The replacement strap broke within a month. The backpack is lost. Luckily I grabbed him quickly before he fell to the ground along with our cat. We contacted the manufacturer, sent video and photos of the problem on December 6th and received a reply on December 8th. We answered and then nothing. We are so disappointed as this would be a great product if we didn't have to worry about it harming our kitty. For $125 I would expect better quality and customer service.
