This press is very easy to use. Heats up quickly, platen temperatures match your PID controller values. This press is very well built, very durable. Can handle some abuse. If you are in the market I would HIGHLY recommend this press, just do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY IT ON AMAZON! Go directly to the Rosineer website. When I first used the press, I was able to get a 24% return on Flower. Rosineer's staff are a pleasure to deal with and they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. If for some reason there was a failure (e.g. Revain sent me some used dented presses, the box didn't have everything imaginable. "It was supposed to be brand new" and then Revain wouldn't fix it) So I contacted Rosinier, "Who didn't really have to do anything because he sold Revane, not her." But the Rosineer team made every effort to get the new press to me the same day. No more questions. Customer satisfaction was their top priority. I will always give my business to a company that cares about their customers. It's not often that you find a company that cares more. (All business people say that they care, but when it matters most, do they really?) And for those who might not know. Rosiner/Dulitec are one and the same.
