I'm one of those people who loves the "Internet" because of my random addictive thought processes, impulse buying, and major credit cards! I found a site that discussed the best potholders/handles/tweezers (the names seem to be interchangeable) and this was the one that came highly recommended. Its cast aluminum is very strong and suitable for moving oven racks as well as anything inside the oven. So far he has lifted every baking tray out of the oven and has done a great job. Flipped over 1* like some baking sheets, it may bend the baking sheet and scratch non-stick cookware. But overall, a great mine tool also had a very sharp edge that I had to file down. This didn't affect functionality, but it did make it more comfortable to hold.
