The clasp in the cases over the shoulder and the strap is broken

The clasp is broken. It broke after less than 2 weeks of use. ***UPDATE*** The seller contacted me after seeing my first review. They apologized and offered to replace in 3-5 days. I accepted their apology and offer but almost 3 months later I still haven't received a replacement.
