I hurt my foot, x-rays revealed nothing but foot was swollen for weeks and was tender in all walking/movement. Best guess is muscle sprain or strain. These were a great price and a nice quality. You have to understand the different degrees of compression to know what you really need. I learned a lot about that during pregnancy! So I knew I needed compression more on the lighter side so I could stabilize my foot, but not put too much pressure on the tender point.These were easy to put on, very comfortable to wear. I liked the fit, just right at the ankle, not too high up (for my needs anyway) and some room to adjust where needed. I also wore these in our saltwater pool multiple times and it didn’t break them down. Granted, I was good at washing them after, but that’s still a good quality test. I also machine washed them (not recommended) and they held up fine.Good value and price, I would buy these again as well as recommend.
