We bought these balloon sticks for our daughter's 5th birthday. We had these at our local Indoor Inflatable Jump Jump Place and used them in their party room. They were easy to attach to the wall and take off after the party and kept all the balloons in place for the duration of the party. We had a family party the following weekend and used them again, but they didn't work that well on our painted walls at home. We finished gluing them to metal handles and other fixtures. Another disadvantage is that you can really only hang the balloons down, not up, if you use round loops through which you thread the balloon tie. If you put them in the middle of the balloon, you can straighten the balloon a little better. Overall, these balloon sticks work well on some surfaces but not all, so keep that in mind if you decide to try them.
