This is an amazing portable Bluetooth speaker for its size and price! speaker location. The sound comes from the bottom of the speaker. So unless you place it face down (control on a soft surface like a towel) it sounds terribly muffled and of poor quality. Flipping the speaker seems to fix this issue, but the only problem is that the touch controls aren't easily accessible. I'm not sure there's an easy fix to this speaker quality issue, but if you don't mind flipping the surface speaker, it doesn't matter. I also couldn't pair the device with my Alexa app. Again, this could be user error, but I was unable to sync to my Alexa app/devices despite trying all the troubleshooting steps. To sum it up, it's easy to turn on and off and pair with your electronic device. Small, portable, good sound (flipped) and overall good value for money.
