Review on 🔵 Teknor Apex Zero-G 4006-50, 1/2 Inch x 50 Feet, Blue by Ryan Gillett

The hose was really good when it worked. The kink-free wrap design is really convenient. It comes with galvanized metal tips. The issue I had was that on our recent round trip trip to Tennessee with our new/used trailer, the hose was disconnected from the water supply when we stopped at Good Sam RV Parks en route. As far back as Tennessee it worked well even in cold weather. We reached our son's home near Knoxville, sat in his driveway, and attached a hose to his external water bib. There he was tied up for 7 days and nights. The night before departure it was very cold and the water stopped flowing, it froze. Filmed, loaded and we drove to Arkansas where the weather was much warmer, 38F. The hose was no longer frozen, but when I tried to attach it to the hose bib at the RV park, it didn't snag on the threads or twist. I've tried other hose barbs, metal, plastic, nothing stuck to the female end of the hose. Luckily I took a new white hose that had been coiled up for 4 years and hooked it up to the water supply for the rest of our trip. I don't know if it was because of the cold or why it didn't work after it got cold. I sent it back to Revane. However, because I liked the flexibility of the hose so much, I asked for a replacement rather than a refund. So I hope it was just a bad ending for this hose.
