Stink? wash it! Problem solved.

Holds pressure well but as other reviews have said it stinks. The water in our RV was unaffected, but I didn't want to smell it. Place in a 5 gallon bucket with some twilight, fill with water and rinse. Boom without smell! 2 minutes and the biggest complaint is solved. No more fighting with our regular hose, this is a winner.

Super compact: water hoses and fittings

I have been using the 25ft version of this hose on my RV for a year now and am very happy with the ease of use and storage compared to standard white hoses. Up until now I've kept the white 50ft tubing as a backup for when I need more tubing and I eventually found out it's crazy because they're so much heavier and bulkier, not to mention a headache from rebounding. I now have a 75 foot hose that takes up a lot less space and a lot less weight.

  • Handy item

Very compact for RV storage

This item is a lot better than the regular water hoses you buy for RVs. It can be easily rolled up without struggling with the "tube memory". It takes up much less space and is much more compact than plastic van hoses (like Camco's). I roll mine into neat little coils and then use the velcro to put them on for storage. This hose has no unpleasant taste. The blue color indicates that it is drinking water. It worked so well I bought the gray version to use on the waste water tank cleaning hose.

  • Delivery was very quick

Hoses are my kryptonite, but not this one!

I have owned boats for 30 years and have always had problems with the hose. You are my kryptonite! You can never roll them well, they cling to everything when stored, they buckle and never recover. I've tried many, many different brands and found Zero-G. This hose is perfect for a boat - you can coil it up like fishing line (rope) and stow 1/4 space like a regular 50ft hose, it won't snag on wooden docks like many cloth covered hoses fit and fit It delivers high pressure water right where you…

Easy but kinks too easily

Purchased (3) of these 50ft hoses based on the positive reviews listed. When I connected the hose to the outer spigot, I noticed that if I tugged on the hose when it was fully extended, it kinked the spigot slightly and reduced the water flow. Likewise, I've tried using it for easy watering with the nozzle on and it would do the same thing, kinking if I ever tried to pull the hose out or even move the spray head. The blue color looks great and transports water from one area to another, but it's

Small packaging and space-saving

So far, so good. I bought it for an RV because I liked how little storage it takes. I keep it in a small 5 gallon bag in the back of my RV along with all my hookups and the water filter. Keeps them clean and light and even better keeps everything else dry. I use a regulator between the water source and the hose to avoid excess pressure and have left it plugged in for 4 days and have not noticed any leaks. I use a 90* elbow on my water filter (between the water filter and the camper) but I'm not

It's 0. Good. NOT SUITABLE

I should have taken the hint from the name. Zero-G 1/2X50 Rv/Marine arrived with a bad chemical smell. Very very bad. I put it in a shady patio for a few days to air it and the smell just faded a little. But. I still packed it to do the full camping trip from last weekend. Sure, that shiny blue hose that's advertised "looks" nice, but when I attached a water filter to it and stuck the other end in my trailer and turned on the camping water supply, I was shocked to see 6 inches of water. the…

Doesn't stick when frozen

The hose was really good when it worked. The kink-free wrap design is really convenient. It comes with galvanized metal tips. The issue I had was that on our recent round trip trip to Tennessee with our new/used trailer, the hose was disconnected from the water supply when we stopped at Good Sam RV Parks en route. As far back as Tennessee it worked well even in cold weather. We reached our son's home near Knoxville, sat in his driveway, and attached a hose to his external water bib. There he…
