This shirt is my everyday choice to feel comfortable and confident. Yes, it's tight, but that's the way it's supposed to be! All compression shirts worth trying are going to be difficult to put on the first few times you put them on. I've been wearing these shirts for over 10 years and this one is THE BEST I've found. Well constructed, strong material and durable. I recently replaced my first one as I literally blew it to pieces - everyday wear for 2 years! With proper care and constant use, this compression shirt will last a long time. My only complaint is that the armpit seams are a bit itchy, but that goes away after a few weeks of daily wear.
