Better than the new formula, do not change!

This powder is hearty and delicious. I use it to make smoothies with tasteless soy milk and lots of fresh/frozen fruit. Bananas are pretty much the best smoothie fruit since they're sweet enough that soy powder doesn't have to be super sweet. As long as the ingredients are added in the correct order and there is enough time between them to mix, this makes a fantastic smoothie. I also use a large blender which helps. Add more ice or larger frozen fruit if it's too runny and make more for freezing so it's not too runny and makes for easy smoothies. However, there are 2 versions of this product on this page and the other one talks about a new formula. . It has more sugar, less protein and more calories. Please do not change this formula! It might not be full of big changes, but I still believe that every little thing counts, so removing some of the good stuff and adding more of the less desirable stuff seems counterproductive and counterintuitive, and I'd consider a different powder brand recommend some to a much greater extent. Fun and exotic flavors to change it up and cheaper too. Just because it's marketed for weight loss doesn't mean other soy powders don't work as well or better. I took this as a stepping stone to gradually transitioning into healthy soy protein powders, if you will, so I'll continue to recommend other soy powders as long as there are no artificial sweeteners and they're high in protein and some fiber with no double-digit fat and tons of calories . Also, as long as it doesn't sit outside for a while, smoothie cups are great instead of having to use a blender all the time. Again, pay attention to how quickly you add the ingredients and in what order to avoid lumps and lumps.
