It's easy to use and mostly does what it says on the tin. My hair is quite long and has very loose curls, so the curls are much tighter at the ends than at the scalp and I have to twist the hair at the top by hand. the twister is in the right position and angle because my hair is so long. The ends of my hair, which are on the other side of the loops, are bound to be twisted and knotted. There was also an issue with one of the hooks not fitting properly so I had to keep putting it back in place. It's LOUD too. I can definitely hear the high frequency motor running, so I usually only use it in the bathroom or room where no one is watching TV.
