Great product for paper circles, no photo

This is a great product for cutting paper circles. The white button precisely adjusts the diameter of the circle with inch and centimeter markings. The extra cylinder is a pencil/pen holder if you just want to draw and not cut. Like the first reviewer, if you want to cut out something smaller like a photo, round scissors won't hold it in place. Also, don't use a self-healing mat—your blade will dull and stick to the paper through a dozen cuts. Get a glass mat, the CS cuts VERY smoothly and the blades stay sharp.
