I would give this Thunderbolt 3 USB-C Mini Dock five stars if the drivers and installation process weren't a bit annoying. It's definitely not plug and play. And the information provided was not concise. With all this, the device works very well and corresponds to the advertising. Good build quality. Solid performance. Ethernet has failed once or twice, but so far it hasn't happened again. I'm using this on a 2019 MacBook Pro. I would advise the manufacturer to update their driver instructions online and in the accompanying documentation. But I definitely recommend this docking station.
