This shoe has excellent drainage for both water and mud! The boots are durable and the shoes are easy to clean. I would recommend only using this on soft ground as the soles don't offer much cushioning as this will affect drainage. I have personally run 10 miles on snow, ice, sidewalks and streets. They offered minimal grip on roads and pavements, caused discomfort after the first 5 miles, and were sore the next day. However, the boots handled the snow well and while still sliding on the ice it wasn't difficult to catch.
