Great running shoes but a little narrower than other brands, especially in the toe area. I would advise you to go at least half a size bigger. I usually wear a 13 and 14 which are perfect for me. Wife bought the same shoes and normally wears an 8 but had to order an 8.5 to fit her. Keep in mind that these shoes are designed to "stick" to wet rocks. and offer maximum grip, making them softer than cheaper shoes. That means you'll "feel" the sharp stones a little more than cheap shoes. But the sticky part is why we use them, for amazing traction when running rocky trails and weaving through streams. worth your money.
