Damaged/Used Ladder
We bought a 'new' 3-track ladder and we received what appeared to be a returned well used ladder. It was dirty, scratched, the trads were scratched and worn, and something was broken in one of the legs that rattles constantly. I am extremely disappointed. I bought a two step ladder that I used to love but this is unacceptable. In such bad condition as this ladder is, I don't know if I really think I'm standing on it.
