The fan is pleasing to look at and blows a lot of air, but if you are not a savvy person who knows how to install a fan without instructions, then this fan is not for you. It has the worst instructions and the schematic isn't the best either. The remote seems to work fine, just an annoying loud beep when you turn on the fan or light. Don't shut him up. If you're like me who has two wall switches for a fan and a fan light, the wiring harness on that fan doesn't allow it. As I mentioned before, if you don't know how to install a ceiling fan, buy a name brand fan and you can call customer service if you have any questions. This fan has no after-sales service.
