Performance leaves something to be desired

The Spray Mop is one of the most important tools I use when cleaning my home. It saves me from having to get on my knees or use a nasty old mop. I've tried different types of spray mops and this one is so-so. To me, this mop actually has more detractors than attractors. The mop height is 4-6 inches shorter than all my other spray mops. If I use it for too long, it puts too much strain on my back. The handle is made of hard plastic and is not ergonomic, which makes it uncomfortable to use in the long run, especially since you have to constantly squeeze the handle to spray the liquid. I didn't like the diffuser either. Very buggy and doesn't always want to work. The refillable bottle is MUCH small. I can only do 1 main bath before I have to refill it. My Swiffer Wet Jet can do a basic bath and 4 full baths without refilling. What worries me the most is that they do not sell replacement hat covers. WHICH TYPE?!?! This is not a standard mop head that is available everywhere. In fact, I can't find them anywhere. The cover is sewn on three sides, then you put it on the plastic mop head and fix it with Velcro on the back of the plastic mop head. The 2 covers you receive won't last forever so this mop has an expiration date unless they start making replacement covers. For 2 months of use I have already passed one of the heads. I use it 3 days a week but without spare heads it will be useless in a few months. It's not a terrible mop at all, but there are some design and function issues that need to be addressed.
